This electronic contract is commercial and will be governed by Spanish legislation, and specifically Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), and in accordance with the Civil Codes. and Commerce, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions and Law 7/1995, of March 23, on Credit to Consumption.
The user accepts these General Conditions of Contract (CGC), which must be accepted before confirming the purchase, so that the company will not file the electronic contract. In any case, these CGC will be permanently accessible from the Earwaves website.
The contract is formalized in Spanish, in accordance with these CGC. The offers will have the validity specified in each case on the Earwaves website. In the event that stocks are exhausted before the end date of the offer, a product or service of equivalent quality and price may be supplied, by mutual agreement with the user.
The user will be able to access the essential characteristics of each product or service through its description on the Earwaves website.
Purchases made on www.myearwaves.com are subject to Spanish law.
In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, in which is attended, in the case of final consumers, to the place of fulfillment of the obligation or to the domicile of the purchasing party. In the event that the purchasing party is a company or professional, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).

Returns:
Whatever the reason, don't worry when making a return because you can return your order to us for free, at no cost to you for the first change, and paying €5 from the second and successive ones if you need another (which would be a extremely rare). We do not need any reason or explanation to return your money. Returns due to our faults or defects, if any, are always free.
The legal term of return dictated by the law in force is 14 days, but we have decided to extend the term to process your return until one month after the purchase.
