"There is no perfect hand grips for everyone, but an ideal grip for each type of athlete"
This parameter tells us what level of protection against friction, wounds and calluses the hand grips offer us.
The level of grip refers to how much the grip "fixes" us to the bar or rings. It is determined by the thickness and material of both sides of the grip. Normally the thicker, the less grip, and the rougher materials, the greater grip, and vice versa.
How think is the material. Usually the thicker, the more protection but less grip, although more factors come into play when determining this, such as malleability or materials.
Normally harder grips are more resistant than more malleable ones.
Generally the hardness of a grip refers to how rigid it is.
Malleability defines how flexible a the hand grips are and how smoothly they adapt to the shape of the hand and movements.
